Meridian Estates Dubai Limited is part of the Meridian Property Management Group which has been trading for 12 years. Meridian Group's operations cover all aspects of the residential property market including; marketing, sales, investment, rental and maintenance.

Meridian Property Management Limited is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, NAEA, a UK industry body which has a strict code of conduct aimed at promoting a high standard of service to vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants.

Meridian Group operates through various trading subsidiaries and Meridian Estates Dubai was established in 2005 to focus specifically on the Dubai property market. The formation of this new company has taken place to meet the demands of our investor and landlord clients who are looking for alternative markets in which to invest following the slowdown in the UK property sector throughout 2004.

Meridian Estates Dubai has been appointed by a number of developers in Dubai and has access to the whole range of properties from studio apartments through to luxury villas, as well as commercial property. The main focus of our activity is to sell off-plan, meeting the demands of our clients who wish to buy at the best possible prices thus ensuring that maximum capital appreciation is achieved.
